In the first few weeks we get to know who you are - this builds our positive learning culture AND helps you to make smart choices for the type of business you'd like to build.
These are insights that will not only shape the next 18 weeks, but possibly the rest of your life!
PHASE 2
MINDSET & LIFESTYLE
An essential foundation to any success story is a strong mindset. We learn the key principles for an entrepreneurial mindset that will help you face the business challenges that may lie ahead. We also take a look at lifestyle and identify changes that need to be made. Health? Fun? Family? Relationships? Are you in alignment with your vision for success?
PHASE 3
PLANNING & STRATEGY
Now the internal work is done, it is time to make the vision real! Time to build the business of your dreams!
We will do the practical work required to develop a suite of winning products or services AND communicate your message with the world.
PHASE 4
HABITS & SYSTEMS
In order to grow your business and maintain your lifestyle, you need to learn how to develop business systems. We will look at ways to simplify and streamline your work processes and automate as much as possible to free up your time.
