This week we're chatting with Natasha Edwards, one of my Maxismise students and the founder of Simplify Your Life Box. Tash’s story is one of resilience, creativity, and a deep commitment to helping women prioritise self-care. Beginning as a busy mum navigating the chaos of family life and sacrificing her own health in the process, to becoming a passionate wellness advocate for other busy mums, Natasha has now turned these challenges into a thriving business designed to inspire and empower others.
With her innovative approach to health and wellness, Natasha has created the Simplify Your Life Box—a subscription service that delivers curated self-care essentials straight to your doorstep.

Finding Balance Amid Chaos
With four kids, homeschooling responsibilities, and a life full of unexpected challenges, Natasha knows firsthand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and stretched thin. She shares how, at one point, she was living off leftover crusts from her kids’ sandwiches and running on empty. That wake-up call led her to ask herself: "What would it look like if I actually cared for myself the way I care for everyone else?"
That simple but powerful question became the catalyst for a journey of disovery. Natasha realised that self-care isn’t just about survival but thriving. She began carving out small moments in her day to focus on herself—whether it was doodling to quiet her mind or experimenting with wellness products to support her health. These seemingly small acts of self-care became a lifeline, helping her rediscover her energy and purpose, and ultimately inspiring the creation of Simplify Your Life Box.
🎧 Tune in to hear Natasha’s inspiring journey and get a fresh perspective on how small, intentional changes can transform your life.
Building a Community of Support in Self Care
What stands out about Natasha’s journey is her dedication to helping other women who face the same struggles she once did. With each box thoughtfully curated, combining staples like protein shakes, collagen and unique surprises from other small businesses and artisans. For Natasha, it’s about more than the items inside but reminding women that caring for themselves matters.
One moment from our conversation stood out when Natasha reflected on her journey:
"I realised I was eating the crusts off my kids’ sandwiches and calling that a meal. That was the moment I thought, what would it look like if I actually cared for myself the way I care for everyone else?"
(Natasha Edwards)
That question not only sparked a personal transformation but also inspired the mission behind Simplify Your Life Box—a mission to show women that small, intentional acts of care can lead to big changes.
If you’re seeking inspiration to make yourself a priority and embrace a life of balance and well-being, Natasha’s journey offers a powerful reminder that self-care starts with the smallest of steps.
